Pipeline Pump

The pump is of vertical structure, with the inlet and outlet having the same diameter and located on the same centerline, allowing it to be installed in pipelines like a valve.

The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension, compact and aesthetically pleasing structure, occupying minimal space, low construction investment, and when equipped with a protective cover, can be used outdoors.

The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured to effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated during pump operation, ensuring smooth operation, low vibration, and minimal noise.

The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials, providing wear-resistant sealing and effectively extending the service life.

Installation and maintenance are convenient, requiring no dismantling of the pipeline system; simply removing the pump coupling base nut allows for the extraction of all rotor components.

The pump can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirements of the pipeline layout, and can operate in series or parallel according to the needs of flow rate and head requirements.

ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, as well as equipment matching for cold and hot water circulation, with a temperature range of T<80℃.

IHG vertical pipeline chemical pump is used for conveying liquids without solid particles, with corrosive properties and viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for sectors such as petroleum, chemical industry, power generation, papermaking, food and pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, with a temperature range of -20℃ to +120℃.
